As part of the late Allen Ginsberg's 85th birthday celebration, HOWL! 2011 Presented poetry/spoken word, art and music events. This year, ALL poets were invited to participate in Open Air Poetry Circle Readings (throughout the park on Saturday and Sunday) which Colleen paticipated in. Also, Ekayani and the Tom Glide Space were a part of this Festival of Lower East Side Arts and performed Mainstage SAT @ 2:30pm - 3:00pm with other great acts thoughout the day! We were there for this fabulous celebration of tradition in LES Arts and brought back outtakes and images displayed here.

Starliner Events was honored to be recognised at the Video Lounge, a part of the Long Island Gay & Lesbian Film Festival & Rhode Island Film Festival this year. We presented four sets of our videos from we have produced over the past year including:

Christine Martucci, Musician; Videos: Backroom, Music performance & her video: Ocean Avenue
Athena Reich, Musician/Actress; Pre show and Lady GaGa performance
The subjects were on hand for Q&A. Alexis & Juliza performed also.
Also we interviewed Lori Michaels and videod an Expo tour with Juliza & Miss Gay New Jersey Leona Chanel.
MAY 2012 - GO Magazine 5th Annual Readers Choice Awards - NYC

Starliner Events was on hand to cover GO Magazines Nightlife awards at the XL Nightclub on 432nd street in Manhattan. The premier Lesbian event of the year with the whos who in the community came out for this extravaganza with 180 nominees for 40 awards ranging from Best DJ to best musician. Naycc and Colleen got a lot of interviews with the celebs and tons of Red Carpet pics. We shot a few vids for The Go Magazine staff and they were the best!
